Kapas Island is the nearest island from the mainland among the islands in the state of Terengganu. It takes less than 15 minutes speed boat ride from Marang Jetty. Kapas Island is indeed an ideal family retreat as there are many activities to engage in. The crystal-clear water have abundant marine life.

It has the longest and finest beach on the island. Snorkeling and diving is recommended at few spots in the island. Other than that, Squid Catching and fishing are the popular activities.
