Room facilities include individually controlled air-conditioning,  attached bathroom, hot shower, IDD, TV with in-house movies, CNN, coffee and tea making facilities & minibar.

Recreation & facilities offer tennis, swimming pool, gymnasium, billiard, dart, jungle trekking, bicycle, dive shop, laundry, sailing, scuba diving, windsurfing, snorkeling and canoeing.

Others facilities is Palm Restaurant, Lobby Lounge Bar, Karaoke Lounge, Ocean Terrace and Bar, Beach Grill, Pantai Ballroom, Dewan Redang and Conference hall.
